Do you offer refunds if I wish to return my item?
- Since the company's goods are made to order, STUART SCOTT Ltd cannot offer a refund service. 

But what if my item is faulty?
- The customer is liable to inspect the goods immediately (and certainly within 48 hours). Any claim made outside that time frame will mean STUART SCOTT Ltd has no liability in respect of any claim made by the customer after that period for rejection of goods. 
- In the event of a valid claim of fault, STUART SCOTT Ltd. shall have the right to repair or replace any defected goods.

All Goods have been carefully inspected by Stuart Scott upon completion and before leaving our studio.
