Do you offer refunds if I wish to return my item?
- Since the goods are made to order, STUART SCOTT cannot offer a refund service. 

But what if my item is faulty?
- The customer shall be liable to inspect the goods immediately (and certainly within 48 hours). Any claim made outside that time frame will mean STUART SCOTT has no liability in respect of any claim made by the customer after that period for rejection of goods. In the event of a valid claim, STUART SCOTT shall have the right to repair or replace any defective goods.

All Goods have been carefully inspected by Stuart Scott upon completion and before leaving our studio.
