REGISTERED DESIGN ACT 1949 – We protect our designs by registering them with the UK Governments Intellectual Property office. Any infringement of these rights will be legally pursued.
The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is the official UK government body responsible for intellectual property (IP) rights including patents, designs, trade marks and copyright.
It can be a criminal offence to copy or use copyright material and registered trade marks and designs without permission.
