How do I get in touch about ordering a product?
– If you wish to order a piece of STUART SCOTT furniture please email us at enquiries@stuartscott.co.uk
or give us a call on +44 (0) 1225 753 592 to discuss your requirements.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
– As all our pieces are handmade to order, full payment is requested to begin production.
– Your order will not be confirmed until we have received the full payment and a signed order form.
How do I pay?
– Once we have received a signed order form, payments can be made through bank transfer.
– We also accept credit card payments.
Do you offer samples?
– We have a variety of finishes available which you can view here and order here.
– We can have fabric samples sent to you, please email us to request these.
What Shipping do you offer?
– We can offer Air, Sea or Road Freight to your chosen destination.
Within the EU
– We can organise deliveries via a courier for smaller items or our preferred freight forwarder for larger items.
– We are also happy to provide a quotation for packing or casing.
Outside the EU
– Our EORI Number is: GB 110 654 944 000
– We can organise deliveries via a courier for smaller items or our preferred freight forwarder for larger items.
– We are also happy to provide a quotation for packing or casing, all of which meets ISPM 15 Regulations.
Do you provide export documentation?
– As members of the local Chamber of Commerce we can offer a full export documentation service including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Movement Certificates or EUR1 and Certificates of Origin,
all of which can be legalised if required.
– We can offer a quotation depending on which services are required according to Customs requirements in each territory.
Incoterms
– Ex Works – All items will be available from our workshop in Wiltshire, England.
– DAP – We will deliver the goods to a named place. The goods are deemed to be delivered when they are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport at the named place of destination.
We will be responsible for clearing the Goods for Export. *The Importer is responsible for effecting customs clearance, and paying any customs duties and taxes.
Do you offer export delivery insurance?
– We can also offer the option of full insurance and will be happy to provide a quotation based on 2% of the value of the goods, minimum charge of £25.00.

Do you offer refunds if I wish to return my item?
– Since the goods are made to order, STUART SCOTT cannot offer a refund service.
But what if my item is faulty?
– The customer shall be liable to inspect the goods immediately (and certainly within 48 hours). Any claim made outside that time frame will mean STUART SCOTT has no liability in respect of any claim made by the customer after that period for rejection of goods. In the event of a valid claim, STUART SCOTT shall have the right to repair or replace any defective goods.
All Goods have been carefully inspected by Stuart Scott upon completion and before leaving our studio.
