Delivery & Returns

Our cushions cannot be returned, however, if the item does not arrive as described or is damaged, we will happily address the issue and ensure you're satisfied with the resolution.

The customer shall be liable to inspect the goods immediately (within 48 hours). Any claim made outside that time frame will mean we have no liability in respect of any claim made by the customer after that period for rejection of goods. All Goods have been carefully inspected by us upon completion and before leaving our studio.
